The College Immigration Advisory Service and Assistance website was set up specifically for colleges and their students to provide immigration legal advice and assistance at the point of the college visa entry application, during the enrolment process and in the event of a visa refusal to assist in the appeal against the decision. Recent changes in UK Immigration law has posed new rules that students need to be aware of when considering applying to a college in the UK. As a result we aim to assist colleges who are not getting the support required to increase the visa acceptance for their students. High visa refusals, leads to a reduction in the revenue of the colleges especially as most colleges agree to return deposits to those international students who have been unsuccessful in their visa applications.
